In 1C:Drive, you can set and manage product prices as well as generate custom price lists.

For each product, you can set a price effective from a certain date. The price is automatically filled in a sales document when you specify a customer. This saves your time on data input and ensures the selling price is as agreed.

Setting product prices is optional. In a sale document, you can specify product prices manually.

If you choose to set product prices, first, register price types and assign them to customers.

To set product prices, use any of the following options:

OptionDescription
Pricing documentAllows to manually set prices for one or several products.
Prices setup toolAllows to automatically set product prices in bulk. Prices are calculated according to the rule that you choose.

All prices that you set for a product are stored in the product's pricing documents. You can view them in product price history.

To generate price lists for customers, use the Price lists catalog. To open it, go to Sales and under Catalogs, click Price lists. For details, see Managing price lists.
