Additional information tab
The Additional information tab stores additional details about a sales invoice.

Field | Description |
---|---|
Department | A department responsible for the sales invoice processing. The field is available if the Use multiple departments checkbox is selected in Settings > Company. |
Manager | A manager responsible for the sales invoice processing. The list of managers is based on the Employees catalog. |
Project / Project phase | A project or project phase that the transaction lines recorded by this document are related to. The field value is populated to documents generated from this document if they have the Project / Project phase field. The field value can be used for recording and tracking income and expenses by project or project phase. This applies if the Track income and expenses by project phase checkbox is selected in the project settings. To learn how to select a project or project phase, see Project selection tool. Override credit limit settings | Indicates whether a customer's credit limit is ignored when a sales invoice is posted. Select the checkbox if you want to allow posting the sales invoice even if its total exceeds the credit limit specified in the customer's billing details. The checkbox is available if you sign in to 1C:Drive as a user with "Full access" or "Allow exceeding credit limits" roles. Note. This checkbox is for reference purposes only in sales invoices where Invoice type is Zero invoice. |
Allow expired batches | Indicates whether it is allowed to post a sales invoice with batches whose expiration dates are earlier than the sales invoice's creation date. Select the checkbox to be able to post such a sales invoice. The checkbox is available if both of the following conditions are met:

Sales rep. | A sales representative responsible for the sale. The list of sales representatives is based on the Employees catalog. |
Author | The 1C:Drive user who created a sales invoice. It is not editable. |
