Sales invoice fields

To view the list and detailed descriptions of all fields of a sales invoice, click the section name in the table below.

The list of tabs can vary depending on invoice type and other conditions.

Section	Description
General details	Common information about the document. It is displayed above the document's tabs.
Products tab	Detailed list of invoiced products.
Advance clearing tab	Customer's advance payments that are cleared against the sales invoice.
Payment terms tab	Payment method, amount, due dates, and other payment details.
Early payment discounts tab	List of early payment discounts that apply to the sales invoice amount
Sales tax tab	Information about sales tax that applies to the invoiced products.
Delivery tab	Delivery terms for the invoiced products.
Issued invoices tab	List of sales invoices that need to be adjusted by a closing invoice.
Additional information tab	Optional information that might be useful to the persons processing the document.
