Projects catalog overview
A project is a set of activities performed to achieve a certain result. For example, sell a product or render a service.
The Projects catalog is required for the project management process. The catalog stores a list of projects and tools to manage them. It is available if the Use project management checkbox is selected in Settings > Company, under Project management.
To open the Projects catalog, go to Company and under Project management, click Projects.
In this catalog, you can:
- View projects.
- Create projects.
- Save a project as a template.
- Monitor and change project statuses.
- Edit project details.
From the Projects catalog, you can also navigate to the Project workplace for managing project phases and tasks.
