Price types classify product prices. A product can have various prices. For example, along with a base price, a product can have a wholesale price and a price for regular customers.

In 1C:Drive, price types are assigned to customers and applied to sales documents. This determines product prices in the documents. Prices based on price types apply to sales documents when you select a customer. This saves your time on data input and ensures a selling price is as agreed.

1C:Drive stores all selling price types in the Price types catalog. To open it:

  1. Go to Sales.
  2. Under Catalogs, click Price types.

In this catalog, you can:

To use price types, do the following:

  1. Register a price type.

  3. Set a price based on the price type.
