Recruitment workplace

Recruitment workplace is designed to help you manage all interactions with a certain candidate for a certain vacancy.

To open the Recruitment workplace:

  1. Go to HCM.
  2. Under Recruitment, click Recruitment workplace.

In this workplace, you can:

Viewing candidate interactions

To view all interactions with a certain candidate for a certain vacancy:

  1. Go to HCM.
  2. Under Recruitment, click Recruitment workplace.
  3. In the Recruitment workplace, select the following:
    • Candidate. A candidate to view interactions for.
    • Vacancy. A vacancy to view the candidate interactions for.
  4. Locate the Candidate interactions tab.

The Candidate interactions tab shows the details of all interactions with the selected candidate for the selected vacancy. The details may vary depending on the list settings. The following details can be available:

  • Date. Date of the candidate interaction's register records. By default, it is the document creation date.
  • Stage. The vacancy stage.
  • Stage status. The vacancy stage status.
  • Expected salary. The salary amount expected by a candidate.
  • Final decision. Indicates whether a candidate is accepted or rejected (fit or not fit for the vacancy).

To quickly find a candidate interaction in the list:

  • Sort the list by clicking the column header. To change the sorting order, click the header again.
  • Search the list using the search field above the list.

To view the candidate interaction details:

  • On the Candidate interactions tab, double-click a candidate interaction line.

Creating candidate interactions

To create a candidate interaction:

  1. Go to HCM.
  2. Under Recruitment, click Recruitment workplace.
  3. In the Recruitment workplace, select the following:
    • Candidate. A candidate to create an interaction for.
    • Vacancy. A vacancy to create the candidate interaction for.
  4. On the Candidate interactions tab, click Create.
    The Candidate interaction (create) window is displayed with the prefilled details (such as Vacancy, Candidate, and Salary).
  5. On the Interaction details tab, review and, if required, edit the details of the interaction with the candidate.
  6. Optional: On the Additional information tab, specify the additional information about the interaction with the candidate.
  7. Click Post and close.

Editing candidate interaction details

To edit the candidate interaction details:

  1. Go to HCM.
  2. Under Recruitment, click Recruitment workplace.
  3. In the Recruitment workplace, select the following:
    • Candidate. A candidate to edit an interaction details for.
    • Vacancy. A vacancy to edit the candidate interaction details for.
  4. On the Candidate interactions tab, double-click a candidate interaction line.
  5. Edit the candidate interaction details in the same way as when you create the candidate interaction. For details, see Creating candidate interactions.
  6. Click Post and close.

Viewing related attachments

In the Recruitment workplace, you can view all the attachments related to a certain vacancy, candidate, and candidate interactions in one place. To do this:

  1. Go to HCM.
  2. Under Recruitment, click Recruitment workplace.
  3. In the Recruitment workplace, select the Candidate and Vacancy to view attachments for.
  4. Open the Files tab.

The Files tab shows the details of all the attachments added for the selected candidate and vacancy:

  • Description. A file name.
  • Date modified. The date when a file was last changed.
  • Source. Shows where a file is attached: to a candidate card, vacancy card, or candidate interaction.

Adding attachments

You might need to store files related to a vacancy and a candidate for that vacancy. For example, a candidate's CV or pre-employment task. In 1C:Drive, you can add such files as attachments to a candidate card, vacancy card, or candidate interaction. To do this:

  1. Go to HCM.
  2. Under Recruitment, click Recruitment workplace.
  3. In the Recruitment workplace, select the Candidate and Vacancy to add an attachment for.
  4. On the Files tab, click Add.
  5. In the Add file window select where you want to add an attachment:
    • Candidate. Adds an attachment to the card of the specified candidate.
    • Vacancy. Adds an attachment to the card of the specified vacancy.
    • Candidate interaction. Adds an attachment to a candidate interaction. After you select this option, select the candidate interaction.
  6. Click Next.
  7. In the file selection window, select the required file and click Open.

The file appears on the Files tab. It also appears in the Attachments list of the candidate, vacancy, or candidate interaction, depending on your selection.
