Recruitment overview

In 1C:Drive, the Recruitment module is designed for managing vacancies and tracking candidates, maintaining the related data, and analyzing the report based on the vacancy filling data. With this module, HR managers can easily register candidates and walk them through the required vacancy processing steps. For each approved and hired candidate, an HR manager will need to create a separate employee record for further processing. To learn more, see Payroll process.

Manage vacancies and track candidates

  • Vacancy templates

Create vacancy templates with vacancy details and custom vacancy processing steps (such as First interview and Last interview).

  • Vacancies

Register vacancies (from scratch or using templates), attach related documents (such as a pre-employment test), and store vacancy approval information. You can also monitor the history of interactions with candidates for each vacancy (Candidate interaction history).

  • Candidates

Register candidates, attach related documents (such as a CV), and monitor the history of interactions with a candidate for vacancies (Candidate interaction history).

  • Candidate interactions

Register the details of interactions with candidates for vacancies at each vacancy processing step. You can also attach related documents (such as a pre-employment test completed by a candidate). 1C:Drive provides the Recruitment workplace where you manage all interactions of a candidate for a certain vacancy in one place.

Maintain recruitment master data

  • Positions

Register job positions for which a company opens vacancies.

  • Vacancy stages

Register vacancy processing steps specific to your recruitment process. For example, a vacancy stage can be "Initial contact with candidate" or "First interview".

  • Vacancy stage statuses

Register statuses of vacancy processing steps. The statuses are used to indicate the result of an interaction with a candidate at a certain vacancy processing step. For example, vacancy stage "First interview" with status "Passed" means that a candidate has passed the first interview for the vacancy.

  • Candidate rejection reasons

Register reasons for rejecting a candidate for a vacancy.

Analyze recruitment report

Use the Vacancy filling report to analyze candidate interactions performed for each vacancy and check final decisions on candidates for those vacancies.
