In 1C:Drive, the Warehouse module helps you arrange, monitor, manage, and analyze your warehouse operations and processes.

You can do the following:

  • Receive inventory
  • Issue inventory
  • Reserve inventory
  • Plan inventory transfers
  • Perform inventory transfers
  • Perform stocktaking
  • Analyze inventory

1C:Drive provides a specific document for recording each warehouse operation. For example, use a goods receipt to record inventory receiving to a warehouse. For the full list of warehouse documents and their purposes, see Warehouse documents.

1C:Drive supports various inventory reservation processes. To learn about these processes and the documents that support them, see Inventory reservation.

To help you perform stocktaking, 1C:Drive provides specific documents. You can use them to prepare a list of items for inventory count, fill in the count results, and, if required, adjust the stock level according to the count results. For details, see Stocktaking.

1C:Drive also supports tracking of product batches and variants. For details, see Batch settings and Product variants in business documents.

To store and manage the warehouse documents, use the document lists.

To help you analyze inventory, 1C:Drive offers a variety of reports. They allow you to check stock level, track inventory transfers, monitor inventory quantity received, consumed, and reserved. For details, see Analyzing inventory.

Warehouse documents

1C:Drive offers you a variety of Warehouse documents that you can use depending on your needs:

Document Purpose
Goods receipt Records the physical receipt of goods to a warehouse.
Goods issue Records the physical delivery of products from a warehouse.
Inventory reservation Records inventory reservation or changes in inventory reservation (such as a change in the reserved quantity or reservation location).
Transfer order Record a request to transfer inventory from one storage location to another.
Inventory transfer Records inventory movement between a company's storage locations.
Intra-warehouse transfer Records inventory movement from one storage unit to another within the same warehouse. For example, a storage unit can be a storage bin or a picking area.
Packing slip Contains an itemized list of product items included in a shipping package. It provides a logistics company and a recipient with detailed information on the quantity, description, and weight of the package contents.
Physical inventory Records the results of physical inventory counting.
Inventory increase Records an increase in a company's stock balance.
Inventory write-off Records a decrease in a company's stock balance.

Using document lists

1C:Drive provides a user-friendly interface for managing warehouse documents. All documents you create for your warehouse operations are stored in document lists, where you can:

  • View document details.
  • Monitor document statuses.
  • Generate related documents.

For example, to open a list of transfer orders, go to Warehouse and, under Warehouse, click Transfer orders.

Analyzing inventory

To help you analyze inventory, 1C:Drive offers a variety of reports including the following:

Report Description How to view
Available stock Shows quantities of product items that are currently in stock or ordered. 1. Go to Warehouse.
2. Under Reports, click Available stock.
3. Specify the report parameters.
4. Click Generate.
Stock summary Shows opening balance, receipt, consumption, and closing balance by products and warehouses. 1. Go to Warehouse.
2. Under Reports, click Stock summary.
3. Specify the report parameters.
4. Click Generate.
Stock statement Shows opening stock balance, the quantity and amount of stock items received, the quantity and amount of stock items consumed, and the closing stock balance for the selected period.
This report is applicable to companies with the accounting policy where Inventory valuation method is set to Weighted average.
1. Go to Warehouse.
2. Under Reports, click Stock statement.
3. Specify the report parameters.
4. Click Generate.
Stock statement (FIFO) Shows opening stock balance, the quantity and amount of stock items received, the quantity and amount of stock items consumed, and the closing stock balance for the selected period.
This report is applicable to companies with the accounting policy where Inventory valuation method is set to FIFO.
1. Go to Warehouse.
2. Under Reports, click Stock statement (FIFO).
3. Specify the report parameters.
4. Click Generate.
Transfer order analysis Shows the quantity of products to transfer, already transferred, not yet transferred, reserved for transfer, and not yet reserved for transfer. This information is represented by transfer order. 1. Go to Warehouse.
2. Under Reports, click Transfer order analysis.
Backordered items Shows products that need to be bought or produced to complete a sales order or work order. 1. Go to Warehouse.
2. Under Reports, click Backordered items.
3. Specify the report parameters.
4. Click Generate.
