Units of measure
The Units catalog (units of measure catalog) stores units of measure applying to a product that you sell or buy.
A product can have various units of measure. In 1C:Drive, you can set base and additional units of measure. The base unit of measure is automatically prefilled in sales and purchase documents. You can switch to an additional unit. This recalculates a product price. Recalculation is based on the base unit of measure and the conversion rate that you define.
For example, you store coffee in kilograms and sell it in packs. Then you set a kilogram as the base unit of measure and register a pack as an additional unit of measure.
You can set the base unit of measure on a product card.
