RMA request overview
RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization. The request is the initial step of the process where a customer returns a product for refund, replacement, or repair.
RMA request workflow depends on a customer’s requirements and product diagnostics results.

1C:Drive stores all RMA requests in the RMA requests list. To open it:
- Go to Service.
- Under Services, click RMA requests.
In the RMA requests list, you can:
- View RMA requests
- Create RMA requests
- Monitor and change RMA request statuses and resolutions
- Edit RMA requests
- Print RMA requests
