Viewing sales orders

1C:Drive stores all sales orders in the Sales orders list.

To view sales orders:

  1. Go to Sales.
  2. Under Sales, click Sales orders. The Sales orders list is displayed.

The Sales orders list shows sales order details. The details can vary depending on the list settings. By default, the following details are available:

  • delivery_status.png. Delivery status. Shows progress on a sales order delivery. For details, see Monitoring and changing sales order statuses.
  • payment_status.png. Payment status. Shows progress on a sales order payment. For details, see Monitoring and changing sales order statuses.
  • lock.png. Relevance. Shows whether a sales order is closed. Each closed order is indicated with a check mark tick.png. The goods ordered but not yet shipped are canceled. The goods reservations are removed.
    Closing a sales order does not adjust a customer’s balance automatically.
  • Date. Date of the sales order.
  • Number. A sales order ID.
  • Lifecycle status. Indicates a sales order processing status.
  • Customer. A customer that a sales order was created for.
  • Amount excl. tax. The sales order amount before tax.
  • Tax. The total tax amount.
  • Total. The sales order amount after tax.
  • Shipment date. The planned shipment date of a sales order.

To quickly view customer details:

  • Select a sales order line. Then, under the list, expand Customer details.

To quickly find certain sales orders:

  • Sort the list by any column by clicking a column header. To change the sorting order, click the header again.
  • Search the list using the search field above the list.
  • Filter the list using the fields above the list. You can filter by the following parameters:
    • Customer. A customer that a sales order was created for.
    • Responsible person. A manager assigned to process a sales order.
    • Lifecycle status. A sales order processing step.
    • Company. A company responsible for processing a sales order. You can filter by company if the Manage multiple companies checkbox is selected in Settings > Company, under Multiple companies.
    • Relevance. A sales order relevance:
      • Closed. Show only closed sales orders.
      • Except closed. Show all sales orders except the closed ones.
      • All. Show all sales orders.

To view sales order details:

  • Double-click a sales order line.
