Managing individual's legal documents
A legal document is a document that has a certain legal value. For example, a passport or driving license can be an individual's legal document.
You can view and add an individual's legal documents.
In 1C:Drive, all information about individual's legal documents is for reference purposes only.
Viewing individual's legal documents
To view individual's legal documents:
- Go to Payroll.
- Under Catalogs, click Individuals.
- In the Individuals catalog, double-click an individual line.
- At the top of the individual's card, on the link bar, click Legal documents.
The Legal documents list is displayed, By default, it shows the following details:
. Indicates that documents are attached to the legal document card.
- Description. A name or short description of a legal document.
- Number. The number of a legal document.
- Date of issue. The date when a legal document was issued by the issuing authority.
- Expiry date. The date until which a legal document is effective.
To view a certain legal document card:
- In the Legal documents list, double-click a legal document line. The legal document card is displayed.
Note. From the legal document card, you can view the attached documents (for example, scanned copies). To do this, on the link bar of the legal document card, click Attachments. Then, in the Attachments list, double-click a document or select it and click View.
Adding individual's legal documents
To add an individual's legal document:
- Go to Payroll.
- Under Catalogs, click Individuals.
- In the Individuals catalog, double-click an individual line.
- At the top of the individual's card, on the link bar, click Legal documents.
- In the Legal documents list, do one of the following:
- To create a legal document from scratch, click Create.
- To save time on the input of legal document details, copy the existing document details. To do this, select a legal document and click
.
- In the Legal document (create) window, on the General information tab, enter or select the following:
Field Description Owner The individual who owns a legal document.
This field is prefilled with the current individual's full name. The field is not editable.Document type The legal document type.
The document type list is based on the Document types catalog.Number The number of a legal document. Date of issue The date when a legal document was issued by the issuing authority. Expiry date The date until which a legal document is effective. Issuing authority The name of the organization that issued a legal document. Description A legal document name or short description. Additional info Additional details about a legal document. - Optional: To attach a legal document (for example, a scanned copy), on the link bar, click Attachments. Then click Add and upload the document from your computer or template.
- Optional: On the Comment tab, enter a comment related to a legal document.
- Click Save and close.
