Installing 1C:Enterprise server

It is recommended that you install the 1C:Enterprise server on the PC where the database server is installed.

To install 1C:Enterprise:

  1. Extract the 1C:Enterprise installer’s files to an empty directory.
  2. Run the setup file as a user with administrator privileges.
  3. Click Next.

  4. For each feature that you want to install, click deselected_language.pngand select This feature will be installed on the local hard drive. The following features are mandatory:
    • 1C:Enterprise 8
    • 1C:Enterprise 8 server
    • Additional interfaces. Languages for 1C:Drive user interface.

  5. Click Next.
  6. Select the default user interface language and click Next.
    Warning! If you install 1C:Drive on a PC with an operation system whose display language differs from the required 1C:Drive user interface language, it is not recommended to select System settings. Otherwise, some of the 1C:Drive controls will be displayed in the operation system's display language with the 1C:Drive user settings ignored.

  1. Select the Install 1C:Enterprise 8 server as Windows service (recommended) checkbox. Then select Create user USR1CV8 and specify the user password.

  2. Click Install.

  3. In the User Account Control window, click Yes to allow the app make changes to your computer.
  4. Clear the checkboxes and click Next.

  5. When installation is completed, click Finish.
