Exporting reference data

   

You can export master data items to external 1C:Enterprise 8 infobases. This is useful in a variety of situations, such as:

• Unified corporate classifiers are used. They are determined only in the holding company.
• You need to quickly fill in the new business unit infobase.

You can update external infobase catalogs with the 1C:Perform reference catalog data similar to master data import from the external infobase. To export the catalog items, run the Exchange master data processor.

You can choose to export only the items that were created or changed since the previous export. Information about the changed objects is stored in the Changed objects for export information register. If necessary, you can export the items directly from the list form of this register.

Before you start exporting data to an external infobase, go to the form of the corresponding item in the External infobases catalog and select the Export items check box.
