How to solve "license not found" issue on 1C:Enterprise NFR installation
Question: I have acquired an NFR license for 1C:Enterprise. I have registered the server license using the Kit number and the provided PIN codes as well provided the contact information. After every step was complete, the registration wizard displayed the message "License registered successfully". Then I proceeded to register the client license, following the same steps. Now, when I try to open an infobase, I get the message "Server license not found". Why is my license not found?
Answer: 1C:Enterprise NFR server licenses are for 32-bit version of the platform. Please make sure that you have installed the 32-bit platform version.
If you have installed the 64-bit version, even though the license was registered properly the platform won't start because 32-bit license doesn't work for 64-bit version.
To solve this problem, uninstall the 64-bit version and install the 32-bit version instead. Then, everything will work correctly. There is no need to re-register the license.
