1.3.15.10

1. Optional GL account entries.

We have added the “Record GL account entries” checkbox to Settings. This makes posting GL account entries optional. If you do not need such entries, just clear the checkbox. The existing GL account entries will be permanently deleted (if any). The GL account fields will be removed from business documents. This will help you set up 1C:Drive faster and make it easier for users to get started.

2. Project management.

Now 1C:Drive supports the following project management capabilities:

  • Set up projects including their duration, deadlines, and documents required.
  • Create, schedule, reschedule project phases and define their dependencies.
  • Create project templates and use them to quickly create new projects.
  • Create and assign project tasks.

Track project phase deadlines and status using the following reports:

  • Overdue project phases.
  • Project phases progress.
  • Project phases to complete soon.
  • Project phases with late start date.

To be able to manage projects, go to Settings > Company and select the Use project management checkbox.

3. Production tasks on Android devices.

The Production task management is now available in the mobile version of 1C:Drive. This can help plant workers and supervisors easily process their tasks on any site they work. On an Android device, they can assign production tasks, change, and track their status.

Local version features:

4. The Payroll module adapted for Colombian payroll regulations.

We redesigned the Payroll module. Now you can use it to do payroll in compliance with the Colombian payroll regulations.

In particular, we redesigned the Timesheet, Payroll and Payslip documents so that you can specify data and make calculations as required.

To help you do payroll, 1C:Drive also now provides the following:

  • The predefined default GL accounts.
  • The predefined payroll calculation parameters such as the national minimum wage, overtime pay coefficients, deduction and provision rates, and employer’s contribution rates.
  • A new list of earnings, deductions, contributions, provisions, and refunds.
  • The predefined work risk levels. You can specify them in the employment contracts and calculate payroll according to them.
  • The high retirement risk parameter in the employment contract. The parameter value is applied to adjust the payroll payable.
  • Adjustable policies of the Pension solidarity funds and Labor risk management.
  • Five types of employment contracts and four predefined cost groups to classify GL accounts for recording the payroll payable.
  • The "Work event" document for recording an employee's vacations, overtime work, and periods of disability and licenses (such as maternity leave or unpaid day-off).
  • The Timesheet document based on a 30-day-a-month business calendar and "Work event" documents.
  • The option to select the payment period in the Timesheet, Payroll, and Payslip documents.
  • Grouping and summary by employee and counterparty in the Payslip document.
  • The option to record an employee's full-and-final payment in the Payroll document.
  • The option to include a contribution to an employee’s severance fund, severance fund interest, and premium in the Payroll document.
  • The option to email payroll details to employees in the PDF format.
  • The "Social security organization mapping" document to assign the counterparties of social security payments for each employee.
