Products filter tab

The Products filter tab of the price list settings contains filters applied to select data for the price list.

To learn more about the fields of the Products filter tab, see the following table:

Field	Description
Effective on	Specify the effective date of prices. A price list will contain only products with prices effective on this date. If you keep the field blank, a price list will contain products with prices effective on the date when the price list is generated.
Product group	Select a product group so that a price list contains products from this group. The product group list includes product groups available in the Products catalog. For details, see Creating product groups. This field is available if on the Appearance tab, Hierarchy is set to Product group.
Price group	Select a price group so that a price list contains products from this group. The price group list includes price groups available in the Products catalog. For details, see Specifying pricing settings. This field is available if on the Appearance tab, Hierarchy is set to Price group.
Product category	Select a product category so that a price list contains products of this category. The price category list includes product categories available in the Products catalog. This field is available if on the Appearance tab, Hierarchy is set to Product category.
In stock only	Indicates whether a price list contains only the products currently available in a company's stock. If want a price list to include only products in stock, select the checkbox.
Display products without price	Indicates whether a price list includes products without a price effective on the date specified in the Effective on field.
