Display options tab

The Display options tab of the price list settings defines additional data settings. They indicate which details to include in a price list and how to show them.

To learn more about the fields of the Display options tab, see the following table:

Field Description
Display contact information Indicates whether a company's contact information is shown in a price list. This can be the company's address, phone number, or other contact information from the company's card.
Display print date Indicates whether a price list includes the date when it is generated. To include the date, select the checkbox. Then, if you need to include a certain date, specify it. To include the current date, keep the date blank.
Low Enter a word to be shown in a price list's Available quantity column when the product quantity in stock is low.
For example:
The word is Few. A product card says Quantity considered as "low" is 10. The product quantity in stock is 7. Then, a price list's Available quantity column shows Few.
You can fill in the Low field if in the Row settings of the Appearance tab, the Balances setting is As interpretation. For details, see Row settings for list layout.
Normal Enter a word to be shown in a price list's Available quantity column when the product quantity in stock is enough.
For example:
The word is Sufficient. A product card says Quantity considered as "low" is 10 and Quantity considered as "high" is 100. The product quantity in stock is 50. Then, a price list's Available quantity column shows Sufficient.
You can fill in the Normal field if in the Row settings of the Appearance tab, the Balances setting is As interpretation. For details, see Row settings for list layout.
High Enter a word to be shown in a price list's Available quantity column when the product quantity in stock is abundant.
For example:
The word is Many. A product card says Quantity considered as "high" is 100. The product quantity in stock is 200. Then, a price list's Available quantity column shows Many.
You can fill in the High field if in the Row settings of the Appearance tab, the Balances setting is As interpretation. For details, see Row settings for list layout.
