Appearance tab

In the price list settings, the Appearance tab includes the layout, grouping, sorting order, and currency settings for a price list.

Field	Description
Company	A company whose data, such as prices and stock balance, is included in the price list. The company list is based on the Companies catalog. This field is available if the Manage multiple companies checkbox is selected in Settings > Company.
Layout	A price list layout. Select one of the following: List. A single list containing the selected details such as product name and price. Two columns. A list divided into two columns. Each column contains the selected details. Tiles. Rows of icons where each icon contains the selected details.
Attributes	A link to the settings for the price list rows. Click the link and specify which details each row will include. The link name varies. It shows a combination of the selected details. To learn more, see Row settings.
Hierarchy	A parameter to group price list data by. Select one of the following: Product group. Group by product groups specified in product cards in the Products catalog. Price group. Group by price groups specified in product cards in the Products catalog. Product category. Group by product categories specified in product cards in the Products catalog.
Sort order	A sort order for groups and items included in a price list.
Currency	The currency in which prices are shown in a price list. The list of currencies is based on the Currencies catalog.
Exchange rate date	The effective date of the exchange rate applied to convert a product price currency into a currency selected for a price list.

Row settings

Row settings are opened from the Attributes field of the Appearance tab. They define which details are included in each row of a price list.

Row settings vary depending on the Layout selected for in the price list settings. See Row settings for list layout and Row settings for two columns or tiles layout.

Row settings for list layout

Row settings for List layout include the following tabs:

Tab	Description
Row attributes	Defines which details to include in a price list. Select the checkboxes of the details that you want to include. For each selected detail, a column will be added to a price list. If Variant is selected, a row for each product variant is shown in the price list. If Available quantity is selected, specify settings for it on the Balances tab.
Picture	Defines the size of the product picture shown in a price list. The picture size settings can be edited only if the Picture checkbox is selected on the Row attributes tab. To specify the picture size settings, fill in the following fields: Width. The width of the cell where a picture is shown. Height. The height of the cell where a picture is shown. To be able to change the height manually, clear the Constrain proportions (1x5) checkbox. Constrain proportions. Indicates whether the cell height is calculated automatically by multiplying the specified width by 5. The width and height are in relative units. They are relative to the font size applied to price list columns. When you generate a price list, 1C:Drive uses the picture from the product card and fits it in the cell of the specified width and height.
Balances	Defines how to show available product quantity in a price list. This quantity is shown for all companies and warehouses. The available product quantity settings can be edited only if the Available quantity checkbox is selected on the Row attributes tab. To specify the product quantity settings, select one of the following: As number. Show a numeric value. As interpretation. Show a descriptive quantity. This can be any word such as "Few", "Sufficient", "Many". For the price list to show this word, specify Descriptive quantity settings.

Row settings for two columns or tiles layout

Products presentation	Defines what to display as a product name in a price list. Select one of the following: Description. The Description field value from a product card in the Products catalog. Display characteristics	Defines whether to show product variants in a price list. Use this setting if variants of the same product have different prices.	Tiles
Columns settings	Defines the number of tiles shown in each row of a price list.	Tiles
