Generating price lists

To generate a price list:

1. Go to Sales.
2. Under Catalogs, click Price lists.
   The Price lists catalog is displayed.
3. Select a line with price list settings.
4. Click Generate.

The price list is shown. Its layout and content are according to the selected settings. You can save the price list to your PC or email it directly to a customer.

To save a price list to your PC:

1. Click .
2. In the Save print form window, in the Save to local folder field, select a folder to save the price list to.
3. In the Formats section, select the checkboxes for the file formats in which you want to save the price list.
4. Optional: To compress the saved price list, select the Archive attachments (.zip) checkbox.
5. Click Save.

To email a price list:

1. Click .
2. In the Select attachment format window, select the checkboxes for the file formats in which you want to email the price list.
3. Optional: To compress the saved price list, select the Archive attachments (.zip) checkbox.
4. Click Select.
   The email message form is displayed with the price list file attached.
5. Fill in the email details and click Send.
