Printing goods issues

You can generate a variety of print forms that can be used while processing a goods issue. For example, you can print out a delivery note based on the goods issue and send it to a customer. You can also print out a requisition or warranty card.

Print forms are available for all goods issues except those where Operation is Drop shipping.

To generate a print form based on a goods issue:

  1. Do either of the following:
    • Go to Sales and under Sales, click Goods issues.
    • Go to Warehouse and under Warehouse, click Goods issues.
  2. In the Goods issues list, do one of the following:
    • To generate a print form based on a single goods issue, select or double-click a goods issue line.
    • To generate print forms of multiple goods issues at once, select their lines while holding down Ctrl or Shift.
  3. Click Print and select a print form you need from the following list:
    • Delivery note. A document that confirms product shipment to a customer. It lists all the products included in the shipment.
    • Requisition. A list of shipped products for a warehouse employee responsible for the shipment.
    • Warranty card (per serial number). A separate warranty card for each serial number specified in a goods issue.
    • Warranty card (consolidated). A single warranty card for all serial numbers specified in a goods issue.
