Confirmation of arrival overview
Confirmation of arrival is a document confirming that goods or services were delivered to a customer. A company that makes export sales can present a confirmation of arrival to the tax authorities. This proves that the company has the right to apply export VAT rates to its sales.
In 1C:Drive, all confirmations of arrival are based on sales invoices.
Confirmations of arrival are processed as follows:
- Create the Confirmation of arrival print form based on sales invoice.
- Send the print form to a customer by e-mail for signature.
- When the signed confirmation of arrival is received from the customer, mark it as received.
To help you process confirmations of arrival, 1C:Drive provides the Confirmation of arrival tool. To open it:
- Go to Sales.
- Under Tools, click Confirmation of arrival.
