Viewing approval history

You might want to check when and how a purchase order went through the purchase order approval process. These details are available for you in the approval history. To view it:

1. Go to Purchases.
2. Under Purchases, click Purchase orders.
3. In the Purchase orders list, double-click a purchase order.
4. At the top of the purchase order, click Approval.
