Turning on notifications of approval process results

Users can receive notifications when their purchase orders are approved or rejected. The notifications appear on the 1C:Drive Home page, in the My tasks list.

Depending on your user profile, you can turn on notifications for yourself only or for other users as well. For guidelines, see the following table:

User profile Notification Guidelines
Administrator For multiple users
  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Under Application settings, click Users and rights settings.
  3. Under Users, click Users.
  4. In the Users list, double-click a user.
  5. At the top of your user card, click User settings.
  6. Scroll down the list, and next to Notify author of purchase approval result, select Yes.
  7. Close the user card.
Repeat steps 4-6 for as many users as you need.
Other than Administrator For yourself only
  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Under Personal settings, click Current user.
  3. Under Settings for current user, click User info.
  4. At the top of your user card, click User settings.
  5. Scroll down the list, and next to Notify author of purchase approval result, select Yes.
  6. Close the user card.
