Budget items catalog overview
In 1C:Drive, budget items are individual line items that together make up a budget structure for a budget type. Create budget items and add them to a budget type. This will create a budget structure. Then you will be able to collect and monitor actual data for this budget structure. Actual data can be collected by budget type and budget item according to the rules specified in budget items. Actual data can be collected for a specific project or project phase, or for a company in general. You can monitor the collected data using reports.
1C:Drive stores all budget items in the Budget items catalog. To open it:
- Go to Company.
- Under Project management, click Budget items.
- In the displayed window, in the Budget type field, select a budget type to view its budget items.
