Viewing production tasks

To view production tasks:

  1. Open the 1C:Enterprise application.
  2. In the Applications list, tap the production task application.
  3. In the displayed window, enter your username and password, then tap OK.

The Production tasks list is displayed.

Production task lines are highlighted in different colors that indicate production task statuses. To learn more, see Monitoring production task statuses.

By default, the Production tasks list shows only production tasks matching the following conditions:

  • Status is Open, Suspended, or In progress.
  • Assignee is you.

To view all production tasks, turn off toggles Only active Production tasks and Only my tasks.

The Production tasks list shows the following production task details:

  • Priority. A production task priority.
  • Operation. An operation that a production task is required for.
  • Product. The product that is manufactured.
  • Scheduled.
    • Start date. The planned start date and time of a production task.
    • Due date. The planned end date and time of a production task.
  • Note. Additional information on a production task.

To quickly find a production task, use any of the following options:

  • Filter the Production tasks list using the fields above the list. The fields represent production task details. Tap a field or arrow_in_circle.png next to a field and select the field value. The Production tasks list will be updated to show only the production tasks matching the selected value. The following table describes the filter fields:
    Field Description
    Status A production task status such as Open, In progress, or Completed. The status indicates the production task completion progress. To learn more, see Monitoring production task statuses.
    Work center type A work center type where a production task is fulfilled.
    Work center A work center where a production task is fulfilled.
    Scheduled due date The scheduled due date of a production task.
    Products The product that is manufactured.
    Components Components required for completing a production task
    Priority A production task priority such as High, Medium or Low. Indicates the level of the production task importance.
  • Sort the Production tasks list by any column except Product and Note. To sort by column, tap a column header. To change the sort order, tap the column header again.
  • Search the Production tasks list using the search bar at the top of the screen. To search for a production task, at the top left corner of the screen, tap magnifier.png. In the displayed search field, type your search request. For example, type a production task priority, operation, or product. The Production tasks list will be updated to show the production tasks matching your search request. To view all production tasks again, tap cross.png. To exit search, press the back button on your mobile device.

To view the details of a certain production task:

  • In the Production tasks list, tap a production task line.

Monitoring production task statuses

In the Production tasks list, the production task lines are highlighted in different colors depending on their status. The following table describes production task statuses and the matching colors:

Status Description Color
Open Indicates that a production task has not been processed yet. One of the following:
  • Grey
    Indicates that a production task depends on other production tasks and they are not completed yet. It is recommended to start processing a production task only after completing the production tasks it depends on.
  • Green
    Indicates that a production task does not depend on other production tasks
In progress Indicates that a production task is being processed. Orange
Suspended Indicates that a production task is on hold for some reason. For example, the production task assignee is on the sick leave. Red
Completed Indicates that a production task was completed. No further actions required. No highlight
Canceled Indicates that a production task is canceled. No further actions required. No highlight
Split Indicates that a production task was split into several production tasks. No further actions required. No highlight
