You can split a production task into several tasks including smaller portions of work. This gives you flexibility in planning daily activities depending on availability of resources.

For example, you can split a production task in the following cases:

  • Components are available for completing only a part of the production task.
  • You want to distribute work among several employees to complete the production task faster.

To split a production task:

  1. Open the 1C:Enterprise application.
  2. In the Applications list, tap the production task application.
  3. In the displayed window, enter your username and password, then tap OK.
By default, the Production tasks list shows only production tasks matching the following conditions:
    • Status is Open, Suspended, or In progress.
    • Assignee is you.

To view all production tasks, turn off toggles Only active Production tasks and Only my tasks.

  4. In the Production tasks list, do either of the following:
    • Swipe a production task line to the left. The actions menu is shown on the right.

  9. Review the table on the Production tasks (split) screen. The Quantity column shows the quantity of operations that will be included in the new production tasks:
    • The first line contains the quantity of operations you specified on step 7.
    • The second line contains the remaining quantity of operations. It is calculated as the difference between the quantity of operations in the original production task and the quantity specified on step 7.
    • The third line contains the total quantity of operations. It matches the quantity of operations in the original production task.

    • To create more than two new production tasks, use any of the following options depending on how you want to specify the quantity of operations for the production tasks:
      Option Description
Enter quantity of operations manually Under New production tasks, tap Add (1). Specify the quantity of operations for another production task. Do it in the same way as you did on steps 7-8. A line with the specified quantity (2) will appear in the table on the Production tasks (split) screen. Repeat the actions to add quantities for as many production tasks as you need. Ensure that the total quantity of operations matches the quantity of operations in the original production task (3). Then tap Split (4)
Calculate quantity of operations automatically In the Quantity column, tap a quantity and change it to a smaller one in the same way as you did on steps 7-8. A new line will appear in the table on the Production tasks (split) screen. The quantity in this line is calculated automatically so that the total quantity of operations matches the quantity of operations in the original production task. Repeat these actions to add quantities for as many production tasks as you need. Then tap Split.

Note. You might want to delete a quantity line or edit a quantity. To delete a quantity line, swipe it to the left and, in the actions menu on the right, tap Delete. To edit a quantity, tap it and specify a new quantity in the same way as you did on steps 7-8.
