Changing production task statuses

Change a production task status as you process the task. For details on production task statuses, see Monitoring production task statuses.

To change a production task status:

  1. Open the 1C:Enterprise application.
  2. In the Applications list, tap the production task application.
  3. In the displayed window, enter your username and password, then tap OK.
    By default, the Production tasks list shows only production tasks matching the following conditions:
    • Status is Open, Suspended, or In progress.
    • Assignee is you.

      To view all production tasks, turn off toggles Only active Production tasks and Only my tasks.

  4. In the Production tasks list, do either of the following:
    • Swipe a production task line to the left. The actions menu is shown on the right.

    • Tap and hold a production task line. The actions menu pops up.

  5. In the actions menu, do one of the following:
    • To start working on a production task, tap Start.
      This action applies to production tasks with the Open or Suspended statuses.
    • To put a production task on hold, tap Suspend. Then do the following:
      1. On the Suspend screen, tap Suspension reason.
      2. On the Production tasks suspension reasons screen, tap a reason.
        To quickly find a certain reason, at the top left corner of the screen, tap . In the displayed search field, type a reason. The list of reasons will be updated to show the reasons matching your search request. To view all reasons again, tap .
      3. Optional: On the Suspend screen, tap Note and enter more details on the reason.
      4. Tap Change status.

      These actions apply to production tasks with the In progress status.

    • To cancel a production task, tap Cancel.
      This action applies to production tasks with the Open, In progress, or Suspended statuses.
    • To complete a production task, tap Complete.
      This action applies to production tasks with the Open, In progress, or Suspended statuses.

The production task status is changed accordingly to one of the following:

  • In progress. A production task line is highlighted in yellow.
  • Suspended. A production task line is highlighted in red.
  • Canceled. The background color of a production task line is white.
  • Completed. The background color of a production task line is white.

If the production task status is changed to Canceled or Competed, the task actual due date is set to the current date. For a production task with original status Open, the current date is also set as the actual start date.

The completed and canceled productions tasks disappear from the Production tasks list if the Only active Production tasks toggle is turned on.
