Viewing production orders
1C:Drive stores all production orders in the Production orders list.
To view the list:
- Go to Production.
- Under Production, click Production orders.
The list displays the details for each production order. The details may vary depending on the list settings. The following details can be displayed:
- Order fulfillment status, Relevance. Statuses indicating the progress of order fulfillment.
For details, see Monitoring and changing production order statuses. - Date. Date of the production order.
- Number. A production order ID.
- Lifecycle status. The lifecycle status of a production order.
For details, see Monitoring and changing production order statuses. - Manufacturer. A business unit that manufactures the products.
- Products. Finished products.
- Start date. The planned start date of production.
- Due date. The planned end date of production.
- Process type. The production process type (assembly, disassembly, or production).
- Base document. A source document for a production order. For example, a sales order.
To quickly find a production order:
- Sort the list by any column by clicking the column header. To reverse the sorting order, click the column header again.
- Search the list using the search field above the list.
- Filter the list by using the drop-down filters above the list.
To view details of a production order:
- Double-click a production order line.
Viewing related documents
You can track the chain of documents related to a production order, including:
- Documents the production order arises from.
- Documents that arise from the production order.
To do this:
- Go to Production.
- Under Production, click Production orders.
- In the Production orders list, do either of the following:
- Select a production order line. Then, click .
- Double-click a production order line. Then, in the document toolbar, click .
