Monitoring and changing production order statuses

A production order has fulfillment and lifecycle statuses.

You can monitor production order statuses in the Production orders list. To open it:

Go to Production.
Under Production, click Production orders.

Fulfillment statuses

The fulfillment statuses display the progress of order fulfillment. They are changed automatically when you post production documents related to the production order.

Fulfillment statuses of each order are displayed in the following columns of the Production orders list:

Fulfillment status. Order fulfillment progress:
- . Fulfilled in full. All products have been produced and the related production documents have been posted.
- . Fulfilled in part. Some of the products has been produced and the related production documents have been posted.
- . Not fulfilled. Products have not been produced yet.
The circle color indicates whether fulfillment of the production order meets the schedule:
- Green. On schedule.
- Orange. Due today.
- Red. Overdue.
Relevance. Shows whether production order is fully processed. Orders with a check mark in the Relevance column require no more actions.

Lifecycle status

The lifecycle status displays the current step in the order processing. It is changed manually.

Lifecycle status of each production order is displayed in the Lifecycle status column of the Production orders list.

By default, the following statuses are available:

Draft. Indicates that production order is not completely filled in.
Open. Indicates that production order is completely filled in but its processing has not started yet.
In progress. Indicates that production order processing is in progress.
Completed. Indicates that production order processing is completed.

Change the lifecycle status of a production order as follows:

When you register a production order, its lifecycle status is automatically set to Open.
When you start processing the production order, change the lifecycle status to In progress.
When you have fully processed the production order, change the lifecycle status to Completed.
