Viewing production documents
1C:Drive stores all production documents in the Production list.
To view the list:
- Go to Production.
- Under Production, click Production.
The list displays the details for each production documents. The details may vary depending on the list settings. The following details can be displayed:
- Date. Date of the production document.
- Number. A production document ID.
- Manufacturer. A department that performed the production process.
- Products. Names and quantities of the products that were manufactured.
- Process type. The production process type. One of the following:
- Assembly. Assembling finished products from components. The cost is based on the consumed components only.
- Disassembly. Disassembling finished products into components. The cost is based on the consumed finished products only.
- Convert from Work-in-progress. Manufacturing finished products from components. The cost is based on completed operations and consumed components.
To quickly find a production document:
- Sort the list by any column by clicking the column header. To reverse the sorting order, click the column header again.
- Search the list using the search field above the list.
- Filter the list by using the drop-down filters above the list.
To view details of a production document:
- Double-click a production document line.
Viewing related documents
You can track the chain of documents related to a production document, including:
- Documents the production document arises from.
- Documents that arise from the production document.
To do this:
- Go to Production.
- Under Production, click Production.
- In the Production list, do either of the following:
- Select a production document line. Then, click .
- Double-click a production document line. Then, in the document toolbar, click .
