Individuals catalog overview

An individual is a natural person, a human being as opposed to a legal entity such as a corporation.

The Individuals catalog stores information about natural persons a company deals with. For example, they can be the company's employees, job candidates, or persons responsible for a business unit.
The Individuals catalog is an optional part of the payroll process. You can use this catalog if you want to store personal data separate from employees' data.

The Individuals catalog is available if the Enable Payroll subsystem checkbox is selected in Settings > Payroll.

To open the Individuals catalog, go to Payroll and, under Catalogs, click Individuals. In this catalog, you can:

View individuals.
Create individuals.
Creating groups of individuals.
Manage an individual's legal documents.
Manage an individual's name change history.
Edit individual's details.
