Setting main responsible person

In the Employees catalog, you can set one of the employees as the main responsible person. This sets the default value for the Responsible person field in catalogs, documents, or emails created by the current user.

To set an employee as the main responsible person:

  1. Go to Payroll.
  2. Under HR recordkeeping, click Employees.
  3. In the Employees catalog, select an employee line.
  4. Click Set main responsible person.

The selected employee is displayed in bold in the Employees catalog.
