Editing employee's details
To edit an employee's details:
- Go to Payroll.
- Under HR recordkeeping, click Employees.
- In the Employees catalog, double-click an employee line.
- Edit the employee's card. For the description of the card fields, see Creating employees.
- Click Save and close.
To change an employee's bank accounts, see Managing employee's bank accounts list.
To change an employee's GL accounts, see Managing employee's GL accounts.
You can change an employee's GL accounts only if accounting entries have not been posted to them yet.
