Comparing products

1C:Drive provides a tool for comparing products by characteristics such as model, color, size, weight and more.

Additional attributes are used to represent product characteristics. They are set up by a 1C:Drive user with Administrator access rights. To learn more, see Product's additional attributes.

To compare products by characteristics:

Sign in to the Customer portal.
Do one of the following:
- Go to Quick menu and click Products cart.
- Go to Main menu and, under Purchases, click Products cart.
In the products cart, locate lines with products that you want to compare.
Drag the products to the section under the Compare button.
Note. You can drag each product separately or hold down Ctrl (or Shift), select product lines and drag all of them at once.
Click Compare.
To remove a product from the list of compared products, right-click the product line and select Delete. To remove multiple products from the list, hold down Ctrl (or Shift), select product lines, then right-click and select Delete.

The Comparison report is displayed. It shows the products' characteristics side-by-side.

To highlight the report lines where characteristics have different values, select the Highlight differences checkbox. These lines will be highlighted in grey. The Highlight differences checkbox is selected by default.

To view only the report lines where characteristics have different values, select the Show only differences checkbox.

For each product, the report shows currently effective price. If prices are not set, 0 is shown instead.
