Payment details tab for Withdrawal from cash register (RIM)
This section is applicable only if a company uses the functionality of warehouses of type Point of sale. Retail inventory method (RIM). This functionality has been removed from 1C:Drive since version 1.5.4. However, for those who already use the functionality, it remains available. In this case, the Use point of sale with Retail inventory method (RIM) checkbox is displayed and selected in Settings > Sales, under Retail.
In a cash receipt with the Withdrawal from cash register (RIM) operation, the Payment details tab contains the details on the cash transfer.

Field | Description |
Department that collected the payment | The business unit the cash is withrawn from. You can select only a business unit whose type is Point of sale. Retail inventory method (RIM). |
Department | A business unit where the received cash is allocated. You can select only a business unit whose type is Department. This field is available if the Use multiple departments checkbox is selected in Settings > Company, under Departments. You can add this field to reports to analyze income and expenses by business unit. For instance, the Income and expenses report. |
Line of business | The line of business where the received cash is allocated. This field is available if the Use multiple lines of business checkbox is selected in Settings > Company, under Lines of business. You can add this field to reports to analyze income and expenses by line of business. For example, the Income and expenses report. |
Exchange rate | The exchange rate of the payment currency against the presentation currency. It is applied to automatically calculate the payment amount equivalent in the presentation currency. For the calculation formulas, click here. By default, the exchange rate effective on the cash receipt date is filled from the Currencies catalog. You can change the filled exchange rate if the payment currency differs from the presentation currency.
The exchange rate is automatically recalculated if Amount in presentation currency is changed.

Multiplier | The multiplier of the payment currency. It is applied to automatically calculate the payment amount equivalent in the presentation currency. For the calculation formulas, click here. By default, the multiplier effective on the cash receipt date is filled from the Currencies catalog. You can change the filled multiplier if the payment currency differs from the presentation currency. |
Amount in presentation currency | The payment amount equivalent in the presentation currency. It is automatically calculated according to the specified exchange rate and multiplier. For the calculation formulas, click here. You can change this amount if the payment currency differs from the presentation currency. |
