Calculation formulas for amounts and exchange rates

In 1C:Drive, foreign exchange accounting can be applied (the Foreign exchange accounting checkbox is selected in Settings > Cash management). If so, cash management documents include payment amounts in one of the following currency pairs:

where payment currency is the currency of the account selected in a document's general details.

The currency pair in a document depends on the operation selected in the document. The document also includes currency exchange rates and multipliers. If needed, 1C:Drive automatically recalculates exchange rates or amounts.

Calculation formulas for Payment allocation tab

Tables in this section describe calculation formulas for the fields of the Payment allocation tab in bank payments, cash vouchers, and cash receipts.

The table below applies to:

  • Bank payment where Operation is Payment to supplier, Refund to customer, or Miscellaneous payables.
  • Cash vouchers where Operation is Payment to supplier, Refund to customer, or Miscellaneous payables.
  • Cash receipts where Operation is Payment from customer, Refund from supplier, Miscellaneous receivables, or Payment from third party.
