E-commerce integration

Question: Could you specify the e-commerce resources that the 1C:Drive configuration can integrate with?

Answer:

1C:Drive supports integration with e-commerce platforms through its CMS integration feature. This allows you to exchange data between your online store and 1C:Drive, including exporting products, prices, balances, and importing customer orders.

The integration is based on the Magento content management system (CMS), and the Magento component is included in the 1C:Drive distribution archive. For integration with other CMS platforms, you need to contact your local 1C:Drive partner.

Limitations:

1C:Drive does not support importing product lists, balances, or prices from a CMS. All changes to product details must be made in 1C:Drive and then exported to the CMS.
If you edit product details in a CMS, those changes will be overwritten by the next export from 1C:Drive.

To set up integration:

Enable the CMS integration service in Settings > Accounting settings > Integration.
Add an integration component (such as Magento) from the provided templates.
Configure data exchange settings to specify what and when to synchronize.
Optionally add salespersons to receive order notifications.
