Analytical mailout

You can use the Analytical mailout form to inform users promptly about analytical information.

Several analytical mailouts can be provided. You can send the mailout once or periodically on schedule.

To initiate a mailout, click Send mailout now. To send an email to a specific user, click Send to user.

You can find the list of users who are subscribed to the analytical mailout on the Mailout list tab. You can find an email text editor on the Message text to user tab.

There are the following types of analytical mailout:

• Mailout of the link to the analytical dashboard with certain main filters.
• Key indicator dashboard control.

Analytical dashboard mailout

Specify the main analytical dashboard filters in analytical mailout settings in the Filters section. The user will receive a link to the analytical dashboard by email.

Specify a link to the analytical dashboard in the Object to send field. Select the saved dashboard option in the Dashboard settings field. If the setting field is not filled, the default settings will be used.

Key indicator dashboard control

The second kind of analytical mailout involves state changes and key indicator dashboard dynamics.

Select an analytical report of the Key indicator dashboard kind as an object to send. Additionally, list the controlled dashboard indicators. You can also create an analytical mailout from the key indicator dashboard form.
