1.4.2.14

1. Entries preview for accounting templates

For those who choose the template-based accounting, we added a tool to preview the accounting entries that will be generated when an accounting entries template or accounting transaction template is applied. The tool will help you test your templates and ensure they work as you need.

To use the tool, just click the “Preview entries” button in a template.

2. Customer interface

Since this release, a company’s customers as external users can do the following in 1C:Drive:

  • Create Sales orders based on the product list from the Product cart, previous Sales orders, or active Quotations.
  • View documents and create print forms for them. The documents include Quotations, Sales orders, Goods issues, Sales invoices, and Tax invoices.
  • Monitor statuses of Sales orders and Sales invoices.
  • View the “Sales orders statement” report to check Sales order completion progress.

3. A single replenishment order with products reserved for multiple Sales orders

Now you can create a single order to replenish and reserve products required to complete multiple Sales orders. The single order can be a Purchase order, Production order, or Kit order.

As you record the receipt of the replenished products, 1C:Drive will automatically allocate reservation for the Sales orders according to the required shipment dates, starting from the earliest one. We also added an option for you to change this reservation manually.

4. Production user profile with restricted access settings

We implemented the restricted access settings for the Production user profile. This is a good option if you want to restrict a user's access to certain production data. In the profile, you can specify business units that a user can access.

For instance, certain companies, counterparty groups, or departments. This will ensure that the user can view and manage only the production catalogs, documents, and reports related to the specified business units.

To be able to use such a user profile, go to Settings > Application Settings > Users and rights settings > Access groups and select the “Limit access at record level” checkbox.

5. Component reservation for production

Now 1C:Drive supports reservation of in-stock components required to complete a Production order.

6. Components and semi-finished products for multilevel subcontracting

For the subcontractors who need to delegate a portion of work to other subcontractors, the following capabilities are now available:

  • Record components issued to another subcontractor.
  • Record semi-finished products received from another subcontractor.

7. Price precision settings

We added the “Prices precision” setting to company details. So, you can set up the number of decimal places allowed for prices in a company’s sales documents. 1C:Drive will apply this setting for calculating and rounding total amounts.

With this option, you can ensure that your invoice prices and totals are as accurate as you need. The greater the price precision, the greater the invoice total. This can be especially relevant for wholesale.

8. Return of goods with serial numbers

We made the following enhancements to help you quickly record return of goods with serial numbers:

  • In the Goods receipt or Credit note with the "Sales return" operation, serial numbers are prefilled from the source Sales invoice. You can change them manually.
  • The Serial number selection tool now lists only the serial numbers specified in the source Sales invoice and not returned yet.
