Stock statement

The Stock statement report variant is one of the variants of the Stock statement report.

The report variant shows opening stock balance, quantity and amount of stock items received and consumed, and closing stock balance for the selected period. Each amount is shown in the presentation currency of the corresponding company.

The report variant is intended for companies with the accounting policy where Inventory valuation method is set to Weighted average.

The report variant can also include data on companies where Inventory valuation method is set to FIFO. This data is incomplete until month-end closing procedure is performed. For such companies, it is recommended to use the Stock statement (FIFO) report.

The report variant is based on data recorded by documents that reflect receipt and consumption of products. For example, supplier invoices, sales invoices, goods receipts, or goods issues.

The report data is grouped by product and movement document (it reflects receipt or consumption of products). You can change the report settings to view only the data related to a certain company, product, or movement document.

To open the report variant:

Do one of the following:
- Go to Analysis and, under Warehouse, click Stock statement.
- Go to Warehouse and, under Reports, click Stock statement. This displays the form of the report variant generated previously. If this is not the required report variant, click and select Stock statement.
Specify the report settings.
Сlick Generate.

Report settings

The Stock statement report variant has the following settings:

Setting	Description
Accounting period	The report period. If you clear the checkbox next to this field, the report will show data for the whole period of recording transactions in 1C:Drive.
Company	The company that the report is generated for. To view the report for a certain company, select a company and ensure the checkbox is selected next to the Company field. To view the report for all companies, keep the checkbox cleared. The company list is based on the Companies catalog.
Product	The product or that the report is generated for. To view the report for a certain product, select a product and ensure the checkbox is selected next to the Product field. To view the report for all products, keep the checkbox cleared. The products list is based on the Products catalog.
Movement document	Indicates whether the report shows the documents that reflect receipt and consumption of products. Select the checkbox to view the documents in the report.

These are the basic settings of the report. You might need to change the report filters, sorting, structure, or other advanced settings. In this case, click Settings, switch to Advanced, and specify the needed settings.
