Goods in transit
The Goods in transit report shows quantities of products that are on the way between a company's storage locations within the same community. For example, products that a company transfers from its warehouse in one EU country to the company's warehouse in another EU country.
The report is available only if the Intra-community transfers checkbox is selected in Settings > Purchases / Warehouse, under Goods receipts / Goods issues.
The report is based on data recorded by goods issues and goods receipts, both with operation Intra-community transfer.
You can use the report settings to view only the data related to a certain company.
To open the report:
- Go to Warehouse.
- Under Reports, click Goods in transit.
- Specify the report settings.
- Сlick Generate.
Report settings
The Goods in transit report has the following settings:

| As of | The report date. If you clear the checkbox next to this field, the report will show data for the current date. |
| Company | The company that the report is generated for. To view the report for a certain company, select a company and ensure the checkbox is selected next to the Company field. To view the report for all companies, keep the checkbox cleared. The company list is based on the Companies catalog. |
These are the basic settings of the report. You might need to change the report filters, sorting, structure, or other advanced settings. In this case, click Settings, switch to Advanced, and specify the needed settings.
