Viewing physical inventory documents

1C:Drive stores all physical inventory documents in the Physical inventory list.

To view the list:

1. Go to Warehouse.
2. Under Stocktaking, click Physical inventory.

The list displays the details of physical inventory documents. The details may vary depending on the list settings. The following details can be displayed:

• Date. A document date.
• Number. A document ID.
• Warehouse. A warehouse that a document is created for.

To quickly find certain physical inventory documents:

• Sort the list by any column by clicking the column header. To change the sorting order, click the column header again.
• Search the list using the search field above the list.

To view details of a specific physical inventory document:

• Double-click the document line.
