Physical inventory document overview
A physical inventory document is used to record the results of physical inventory counting. The document stores details on a product quantities recorded in 1C:Drive, the product quantities physically counted, and the difference between them (if any).
Physical inventory documents are used in the Stocktaking process.
Physical inventory documents are base documents for inventory increase documents and inventory write-off documents.
1C:Drive stores all physical inventory documents in the Physical inventory list. To open it:
- Go to Warehouse.
- Under Stocktaking, click Physical inventory.
In this list, you can:
- View physical inventory documents
- Create physical inventory documents
- Edit physical inventory documents
- Print physical inventory documents
