Specifying tax report settings

To specify the tax report settings:

The tax report name is automatically filled in the Description field. You can change it manually if required.

    • Company. A company that a tax report is created for.
    • Period. The tax report period.

The tax report form with the specified settings appears in the Tax reports list. Now you can continue to fill in the form. For details, see Filling in tax report form.

Filling in tax report form

To fill in a tax report form:

  1. Go to Company.
  2. Under Tax reports, click Tax reports.
  3. In the Tax reports list, double-click a tax report line.
The tax report form is displayed. It can include several sections such as the header and tabs. The layout and data fields depend on the selected tax report template.
  4. Fill in the tax report sections. The fill-in options depend on the selected tax report template.
  5. Click Save and close.

The tax report is saved. You can edit it as many times as you need (unless its status is Sent). Each time you reopen the tax report for editing, it will contain the exact data you have filled in and saved before. This data is not updated automatically when new data is recorded in 1C:Drive.

Options available for a tax report vary depending on the external data processor uploaded to the tax report template. For example, 1C:Drive provides a sample external data processor that allows to automatically fill in the tax report data, print tax reports or export them to them to XML files. To learn more, see Sample tax report data processor.
