Additional information tab

In a bank account's card, the Additional information tab contains additional details about the bank account.

To learn more about the fields of the Bank tab, see the following table:

Field	Description
Opened	The date when a bank account is opened. It is used for reference purposes only.
Closed	The date when a bank account is closed. It is used for reference purposes only.
Allow negative balance	Indicates whether a bank account balance can be negative. Select the checkbox if you want to allow a negative bank account balance. After you do this, 1C:Drive will post bank payments from the bank account even if the payment amounts exceed the bank account balance and the overdraft limit if it is set for the bank account. This checkbox is available if both of the following conditions are met: The Allow negative bank account balance checkbox is selected in Settings > Cash management. Account type is other than Savings.
Use overdraft	Indicates whether a bank account has an overdraft. Select the checkbox if a bank account has an overdraft and set the overdraft limit. For details, see Setting up overdraft. It is available if the Use overdraft checkbox is selected in Settings > Cash management.
