Viewing subscription plans


1C:Drive stores all subscription plans in the Subscription plans catalog. To open it:

  1. Go to Sales.
  2. Under Catalogs, click Subscription plans.

The Subscription plans list is displayed. It shows the details of subscription plans. The details can vary depending on the list settings. By default, the following details are available:

  • subscription_plan_status.png. A subscription plan status. It indicates whether the subscription plan is currently active (the Enabled checkbox is selected on its Settings tab).
    If the subscription plan is active, icon tick.png is shown. For such a subscription plan, sales invoices are issued by a scheduled job.
    If the subscription plan is not active, its line is grayed out. For such a subscription plan, sales invoices are not issued.
  • Description. A subscription plan name or short description.
  • Company. A company that a subscription plan is created for.
  • Charge frequency. Indicates how often a sales invoice is issued. One of the following:
    • Day. Once a day.
    • Month. Once a month.
    • Year. Once a year.
  • Action on creating. A rule for an automatically issued sales invoice. One of the following:
    • Send. Indicates that a sales invoice is posted and sent to a customer by email.
    • Save as draft. Indicates that a sales invoice is saved unposted and not sent to a customer.
  • Bulk mailing e-mail account. An email account from which sales invoices are sent to a customer.
  • Email subject. The subject automatically specified in emails containing sales invoices sent to a customer.
