Subscription plans overview
A company might need to invoice customers for the same service on a regular basis. For example, a standard monthly fee for consulting services.
1C:Drive offers you a subscription plan functionality to handle billing of such services. You can create and enable a subscription plan to automatically issue recurring invoices instead of issuing them manually for each billing period.
A subscription plan specifies when sales invoices must be issued, how often, and to whom.
If a subscription plan is active, 1C:Drive creates a scheduled job. This job automatically runs and issues sales invoices according to the subscription plan settings.
You can set up as many subscription plans as you need.
1C:Drive stores all subscription plans in the Subscription plans catalog. To open it:
- Go to Sales.
- Under Catalogs, click Subscription plans.
In the Subscription plans catalog, you can:
- View subscription plans
- Create subscription plans
- Edit subscription plans
- View automatically issued sales invoices
- View Generated documents summary report

Subscription plans are available only if the Use recurring business documents checkbox is selected in Settings > Company, under Other.
