Accounts receivable aging
The Accounts receivable aging report is used to monitor overdue payments from customers by aging period. You can use predefined or custom sets of aging periods.
The report also shows customers' current debts and can include information about prepayments. Current debts include only the payment amounts that do not fall in the aging periods. Prepayments are shown as negative numbers.
To view the Accounts receivable aging report:
- Go to Sales.
- Under Reports, click Accounts receivable aging.
- Specify the report settings:
- Date. The report date.
- Aging periods. A set of aging periods by which you want to view overdue payments.
- Show prepayments. Select the checkbox if you want to view prepayments.
- Other settings as necessary.
- Click Generate.
