Retail sales overview

In 1C:Drive, the Retails sales module helps you record sales of products to retail customers. If required, you can also record additional services related to the retail sales. For example, delivery services.

In1C:Drive, you can arrange, manage, and analyze the following types of retail sale processes:

Process type	Description
Retail sale process with fiscal cash register	The process of selling products to retail customers using a cash register of the Fiscal data recorder type. Such a cash register can be connected to 1C:Drive and supports direct data exchange with 1C:Drive. Receipts, refund receipts, and shift closure (z-report) documents are registered in 1C:Drive. A cashier workplace can be used to register them. Each cash receipt has a corresponding sales slip. Each cash refund has a corresponding product return document. Retail sale process with standalone cash register	The process of selling products to retail customers using a cash register of the Standalone type. Such a cash register is not connected to 1C:Drive. The cash register does not support data exchange with 1C:Drive. Receipts and refund receipts are registered and issued on the cash register only. In 1C:Drive, you need to manually create a shift closure (z-report) document. For details on the process steps, see Retail sale process with standalone cash register.
